Hi.
I have just taken delivery of this monitor, and I am already having problems.
The buttons on the monitor which control the OSD are not working correctly.
The buttons essentially don't do anything at all. I have unplugged the monitor in order to attemp resetting it. However all that is happens is the buttons will work for a bit and then "stick". I was able to get into the OSD, but the selection bar just cycles through the options with no way of stopping it.
The status light is a bright blue colour, if that makes any difference.
Most of the time the buttons do not respond.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
