It would appear that AMD is giving an incentive to buy a motherboard with their newest chipsets... Free overclocking by multiplyer adjustment.

interesting but still not enough, even at 3.2ghz they are only as fast in single threaded apps as a 2.6/2.8ghz c2d.

the 3 cores are a great idea its just a shame that the software out today cant use more than 2 cores very well. great for multi tasking if you want to set the affinity every time you start an app tho.
