Pretty lame when he could have flogged it and given the money to charity at least. Wonder how many Chinese families that would feed for a year?

Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.

It's like me buying a top of line PC from Aria for it to conk out shortly after. Would I send it back? Yes. Even if it did come back faulty (and damaged) (not that Aria ever would X) I would sell the parts on.

Meh, he's rich he can do what he wants. There's no point moaning about what rich people do with their money, they dont care if you think they dont need half a dozen houses, a 12 car garage, 2 yachts, 40 expensive tailor made suits and someone on the payroll just to wipe their ****.

What an idiot.

Also - I'm not entirely sure how thats 'revenge'.. Lamborgini managers will be sitting there, laughing that they took £450,000 of his money, he now has no car, and they still have his money..

Yeah, good work Mr Han.

Says in the article, £150000 for the car, £450000 once all taxes/duties were paid..

So that's food for over half a million people?

Or ten thousand people for a year?

450,000/0.8 = 562,500 meals

True, but 2 rupees dont get you much, even in China

Actually, I made a mistake; I was thinking of a worthless currency and completely forgot the Zimbabwean Dollar, so make the fee $2 Zimbabwean :knock::knock::knock::knock: (the nearest I can get to a visual representation of the act)

I think the point is that he didn't say "hey, EITHER we smash the car, OR I give it to charity to feed people for a year!!" - he said "lets smash the car because we can"

How many times have you done something just because you can.. ever thrown a piece of food, decided not to eat something you bought, surely it's all relative - you choose not to eat it because you can, and although the cost is small, perhaps, as he is a millionaire, it is relative - merely a drop in the ocean for him. To us it is appalling, but to someone struggling to eat, us throwing away half a pack of bread because there is a bit of mould is appalling, too.

This wont make any difference to lambo sales, cars break down, its just life. It's not like Lamborghini said they wouldnt repair it.
