This is the speedtest that Virgin Media's tech support tell you use when you ring up complaining that you're only getting 4Mb out of your 20Mb connection:

Yep, mine's about the same, just a shade under 20MBs. I've had some very figures getting towards the 100MBs on occasion (got the BBSpeedtest logs to prove it!)
