Nothing wrong compatability wise, what is the pc used for? gaming i'd assume? Do you have a budget?

And for 4GB of RAM don't forget a 64bit OS

All seems well, if you haven't already got one get a good branded power supply. I would recommend the 600w OCZ StealthXStreme (#26933), or something more expensive if you're feeling flush.

This is just a personal thing, and I'm sure the AriaNet RAM is fine, but with that nice mobo, cpu and graphics card I would personally go for RAM with a brand name like Patriot or something. But it's your build and it's your call.

Nope, good choice with the ram. There is a review of that psu in the reviews section, might wanna have a quick read. Any plans for overclocking?

i plan to overclock it but not anything major i hope to overclock but still use the stock heatsink. Do you know of any other good power supplies that would reach from the bottom of an antec case to the top?
thanks

Im using a Xilence 700w Gaming Edition PSU (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Power+Supplies/500w+%2B/Xilence+700w+Gaming+Edition+PSU+?productId=26715), that reaches. However while I don't think it's as quality as OCZ from what i have read, my experience with it is all good so far and its 8 months old.

DVI and VGA are not distinguishable in my opinion, side to side there is just a slightly sharper image from a DVI, get which one is cheapest in my opinion, dvi is wasted money really.
