All they need to do is twist the 30mph on so it faces the other way, so coming out of the street you see 30mph (end of 20mph) and going in you see 20mph. not hard

you are not wrong, but still very funny :)
i'd average them out and do 25, but then your allowed 10% either way so, the actual speed limit is somewhere between 22.5 and 27.5 mph
yea, its those big words confusing the locals :) you know like zone and ends :D

I agree with Jeremy Clarkson on 20 Mph limits.
They are just dangerous, you spend more time looking at the speedo than where you are going.
I understand that the chances of stopping if a child runs infront of my car is better, but it is not easy, especially on a long city commute to keep to 20mph.
its not just the stopping, you can hit sombody at 20 and 9 times out of 10 they will just get up and walk away(well they will probably walk to a no win no fee place but..) at 30 the impact will do some damage but most will live after some time in hospital but mcuh above that they will be lucky to be alive.
theres a guy at works who says when driving at 20mph it feels like his car is broke! LOL
you mean my car can do 20?
Mine only does 20 on the way to 90. It never stays there. :D
I dont see whats wrong with it. The 30 zone ends and the 20 zone starts!
They could just get rid of it and just use the 20 sign.
But i agree, 2o is far too slow..

Nope, as i said the 30zone is facing the wrong way, simple error yet huge fuss
