but why go for these if XMS3 or Munchking is low price without gimmick heatsink that restricts some heatsink usage?

im not that much of a Corsair fanboy

Its the voltage that makes these better for sandy bridge but like WU said those heatsink are too big. I would have had these (or the black ones) in a shot but they won't fit with the noctua.

nice looking ram but i already have 8gb worth of blue stuff :D although it would be better having 8gb in two dimms rather than populating all 4 lanes :lol:
