I need help choosing one of these motherboard for the kit im getting

it must be one of these two

Asrock 939Dual AGP/PCI-E M/B

or

FoxConn Nforce4 Skt939 PCIX MB

the components ill have inside will be

AMD Athlon 64 4000+
1GB Aria DDR 400
Sapphire Radeon X800 256mb GDDR3
EZCool 600W 12cm Fan PSU
1 x 120GB
1 x 80GB
1 x DVD Writer

anyone know which is best? i will be wanting to overclock the CPU and graphics card, i have the cooling ready aswell

I know for a fact Foxconn mobo's aren't good overclockers.

ASRock boards are seen as the cheaper line of motherboards, but the ones i have used have always served me well.

So +1 ASRock 939Dual AGP/PCI-E M/B
