Hi Guys,

Next week we have the value end of Mushkin PSUs hitting the Aria warehouse. These do have UK power leads in the box. I think their was some confusion here as the other PSUs do come with UK power leads but not in the box. They came in a seperate box. Fail. If you bought a Mushkin PSU recently, contact CS and we'll have the UK lead sent to you asap :thumb:

Nice, good to have a choice of reasonably cheap but decent branded PSUs for those building systems for offices / general use, etc. Not everyone needs a 5 billion watt corsair :).

Excellent choice for convincing someone to get a named brand rather than generic.
I would certainly have used one of these for a build for a work mate, instead of the builder series corsair 550

this will be a good rival to the price/performance of the Corsair 430W Builder Series PSU maybe.

Looks like these are the replacement for the budget OCZ range which were dropped a few months back - the Mushkin ones are alot cheaper, lets hope they dont shoot themselves in the foot with the cheaper parts causing a high fail rate

Indeed, that mushkin psu is really cheap, just need some reviews now.

Great price, this helps to bridge the gap between cheap PSUs and the more expensive but reliable ones. I will be interested to see some reviews on it.

Corsair CX400W - 30A - Single Rail - 6 Sata - 6 Molex - 1 PCI-E - 80+ Yes
Corsair CX430W - 28A - Single Rail - 4 Sata - 3 Molex - 1 PCI-E - 80+ No
Mushkin Voila 500W - 29A - Dual Rail - 4 Sata - 4 Molex - 2 PCI-E - 80+ Think So but not sure.

So for the money it looks an excellent buy (shame the old CX400 went bye bye :()

looks like this could be a nail in the CX430's coffin here at aria, at this price :)?

if the reviews are good, and the price stays at £30, i couldnt see me buying a 430W corsair over this, unless i needed absolute extreme guaranteed reliability

Aria has it has as dual 20A rails?

Edit: Okay just checked the Mushkin site, dual 20A rails but only 29A combined on the 12V rail and only 329W, its a 350/400W PSU.

doesn't appear to show on the 80 Plus site either.

Think i'll give it a miss tbh.

Should I be worried that I read the title as "Mushkin Enhanced Vodka"?
