On Saturday we purchased a nice Accord Tourer 2.4 Exec with everything in and on it :)

And then this morning I take it to work as Steph didn't need the car and a nice fella decieded to jump a red light and WALLOP again another crash .
Ofcourse he drove past the other stationary car that stopped for the red light but says I jumped a light when my car went from stationary to only moving 1 cars length and his failed to stop , I asked if he had insurance and he said he only has 3rd party so it stands to reason his lovely kia rio will get fixed if he says it was my fault . I asked if he had a MOT and guess what colour his mot cert was ? RED and then it was promptly put back in his glove box as he saw me catch an eye of it .
From where my car was facing I can't see the lights that control the cars that go ahead as the car points to the right , So when I approched them and they where red I stopped as on coming cars going straight over where still driving through , A black pug stopped and my turn as they turned green and then moved off at a slow speed from stationary. His side of the road the right turn is paralle with the ahead lanes and I think he saw the right green light and thought it was for him although the car next to him was stationary (right turns go after in sequence)
Damage to our car is the offside HID light unit smashed and the bumper and wing and bonnet . Because he hasn't admitted it was his fault we have no hire car and already I have recieved a phone call from help hire which I just gave them my insurance company name .

unfortunate accident mate, glad noone was hurt again and it doesnt look too serious - fingers crossed the insurance investigation uncovers who was really at fault.

on a lighter note, if thats your house in the top pic..... just wow.......

It was my first day back at work after a month of suggested rest from work after the last car was written off ,

It just frustrates me some people cant drive . I have been screwed with bad luck since christmas from swine flu and 2 car accidents .

No chance the traffic light had a camera? Some do... Or any CCTV around?

It's such a bugger..!! At least he had third party.

third party and no-mot = no insurance.

I hope you get it sorted soon Skywalker, a real bad run of things in your direction :( I hope it turns around soon.

Just had a phone call from the repair centre and there saying he's caused the crossmember to break , twisted the chassis leg , 2 wings , headlight , bumper and bonnet and it looks like its beyond economic repair but have to wait for the final say so from engineer or something like that .

Absolutly ****** off at the moment its unreal .
