Can you please list the best spec PC you can build for £300 including monitor and keyboard & mouse (using all new parts).

PC will be used mainly for internet, word processing with microsoft word and online games from facebook.

Smaller the PC case the better - Micro ATX?

something like this (https://www.aria.co.uk/myAria/Wish%20Lists/%26Acirc;%26pound;300?operation=wishListMakePublic&listId=1) is what i'd go for :)!

around £310.

all depends on what u want the computer to do, but it will smash general usage like u stated :thumb:

could change cpu to this (https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/CPUs+/+Processors/AMD+Other/AMD+Sempron+145+2.80GHz+(Socket+AM3)+Processor+-+Retail+?productId=41571) and mobo to this (https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Motherboards/AMD+AM3+(nForce+Chipset)/MSI+GF615M-P33+AMD%C2%AE+GeForce+6150se/+nForce+430+(Socket+AM3)+DDR3+PCI-Express+Micro-ATX+Motherboard+?productId=41134). then u would have enough to get a good Full HD 22" monitor instead, like this (https://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/22%22+BenQ+G2222HDL+Widescreen+LED+Monitor+?produc tId=39722)

tbh, i think system> monitor :thumb:
for general usage, u dont need 22" or Full HD, but its ur choice whether u want a longer lasting system, or bigger and better monitor :)!

do u need windows as well?
it will be very tricky to also fit a copy of windows into the budget :(!

Will do fine....

and the Intel GMA X4500...I qoute

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator includes built-in support for smooth high-definition video playback without the need for add-in video cards or decoders. Intel GMA X4500 comes with Intel Clear Video Technology, a combination of video processing hardware and software technologies designed to enhance the visual experience.

In laymans terms will do all you want and more !

How cheaper would it be to build PC myself compared to buying one same spec from shop?

Look at the spec from the shop...then add the same items to a wish list and it would tell you..

that aria built PC is very cheap, but takes the fun out of building !

it isnt as upgradeable either, but this may not be a worry for u :)!

it will do everything u want tho :thumb:

it depends on budget, sometimes with a small budget, it is cheaper to buy coz they can get stock at better prices by buying in bulk! the price for each item just cant compare :(!
