I've sent three complaint emails to Aria over the last week - but nobody seems to respond. Does Aria have a customer service, or is the email facility simply a web page that users moan to and when they hit "submit", the feedback goes into a black hole, never to return?

Ok then, unlock mobile, press keys 0870 443 2389 then the green ring key, then put phone to ear. :p

If using landline pick up handset, press keys 0870 443 2389, then put phone to ear :p

Wait for 2 minutes and explain your plight (at least I waited 2 mins on earlier call)

and then what do you do at the end of the car? Still place the phone to your ear and walk around with it untill you hear a ne nor ne nor sound coming from the phone?

I must admit i've had mixed luck with Aria's customer services. On occasion i've got straight through, on others i've been on hold for 20 mins or more.

Suppose it depends on the load. I've never had to call Aria myself but I wouldn't have expected them to be any different compared to other retailers who have lead times of as short as a minute or so but as long as 45mins at times. But yeah, I tend to call rather than email retailers. Only a few respond quickly due to backlogs.
