I have this setup:
ECS A770M-A
PhenX4 9500
1x 2GB Kingmax
4x HDD Maxtor 320GB Raid
Windows server 2003
After a few boots the mainboards resets the BIOS on its own and I have to get into BIOS to set boot from Raid every time. Any clue why please?
Often this occurs due to a faulty/failing CMOS Battery. Could try popping out to your local supermarket and pick up a CR2032 circular battery and see if that remedies the issue.
Is this processor definatley compatible?

Yes we tried battery and stuff but it's good since this is a complete new setup.
The CPU is given as compatible by ECS website and it's one of the oldest uadcore models so shouldnr be a compatibility issue either.
We do not suspect RAM and HDD since the OS installation gave no problems.
Anyone met a similar issue with this mobo?
Have you set the memory cmd clock rate to 2T? thats a common problem on mobos with amd.
