Lets make use of these servers kindly supplied by Game2XS...
Post the games you would like to play below and lets make some teams and stuff!
Im sure plenty of clans out there would love to bash an Aria clan ;) U never know, if we get good we could go real Pro with Lans and Roger Wilko (Ah those were the days)...
Abit have already said any events and they might windle the Wendel aka Fatal1ty (U know, beat fatla1ty and get a mobo kind of thing).. MSI want to put up a few prizes too :shock:
I will need a few admins for the aria servers too, so regualr players and members of our new elite *ahem* aria clan will get first offerings...
First things first tho... Whos got the time and skillz0rz to play for Aria?... Names and game below ...

Ill take a peek on the servers to see if BHD is swappable for one of the quiet ones...
Main goal atm is to get BF2 and CS:S clans sorted! Then we can register on clanbase etc and get some matches under our belt... Start a nice Aria Clan page, and tour the world in one of our Aria buses. Mwha ha ha ha har!
I'm up for that, count me in! I play BF2: Special Forces, CS and DoD.
I won't play CS:S though, because to put it simply, it's awful!
I'm already in clans for all of the above games, so have racked up a number of years of admining skills :)

I absolutely suck with the helicopter so will happily leave that to someone else. I do however specialise in being a Medic. I'm also handy as Special Ops, and sometimes like Anti-Tank, whatever the situation best calls for.
Most important rule for me though, above all others, has got to be teamwork.
Well I'm USELESS at flying anything, and am also crap at driving and using tanks, so Special Ops would work nicely for me. Two working together on missions such as taking out tanks behind enemy lines, or command resources would work really nicely IMO.
I definitely think taking a medic along to key areas is important, along with squad leaders remembering that they're more valuable than their squadies, as they can spawn onto you, but you have to go back to the flag.
We had school tonight, so monkey will be probably tucked up in bed :)

Fiddled the Server name and welcome message to something more, er, appropriate... Might sit down tonight and make it all wonderful.
Max ping seem to be set at 250... Anyone in Zimbabwe to test this out for meh? :roll:
just get someone with netlimiter to limit their game to 1kbps up and 1kbps downstream so youll get bad ping :) im sure that would test it...
my pings about 270+ now on my DSL thanks to my ISP having to use high interleaving because of BT :evil:

Although with those heli stats, u better be warmin up your trigger finger.
I'd have thought everyone would make the team seeing as there haven't yet been enough requests to fill an entire team, but I could be wrong :twisted:

Had a little go...Just messin with some Ideas..not sure on the size..is it supposed to be 400x100px if ya need to add/alter text images colours etc, just let me know mate..!

i WONT be joining you guys... ping of over 800... think not...
Looks like online gaming went out the window with BTs promises of sorting my phoneline :evil:
Dont get me wrong- id love too -
But my ISP has had to put me on an \"agressive\" profile with high interleaving.. this adds latency but gives more speed and stablility...
its either ISDN speeds that are fast - or 1mbit BB with high latency - and with a small network to run ISDN speeds arent any use :P

YAY *dances* My internets running at about half of what it should do and my latency picked up to about 65-70 constant :) WOOP! !
Looks like i might be able to play at some point :P hehe
just im not a guarantee - as im on a network so that ads to my latency (they all come on when you lot would be gaming) and that my internet at the moment still sucks... (3 months after original fault - gotta love BT ;) )

Hows the ping doin...on the servers...I can get on the CSS no probs
and Im pingin at 21ish on the BF2, but its laggy as hell, also empty..any advance on when peeps are playing...ping reports etc?

I once ventured to install Operation Flashpoint...(Looked decent on the package...Oh Dear!)
Wasnt very impressed atall....so uninstalled bout 10 mins later and game, given away, to its next victim of naffness.

it's better than bf2 in my opinion..it does take a bit of getting use to but if you stick with it then it's fun..even more fun when our server runs gun scripts and everyone has pistols etc...
you need to do the basic training first before you can play online..then you got sniper training..parachute..medic and special forces :wink:

Whos that happened too?? :S ive never had it crash on me - on 3 diff machines :oops: Pop goes the pentium and all that...
:) lag? reduce your quality of your settings - bugs me when people try to make their machine run things \"higher\" than they should - just press the recommended button have a little tweak and if it lags drop it down abit - find out what your G card can and cant do (mines prone to poor AA and AF) so i whack everything else up high and leave these low - good pic still :)
I think BF2 is a great online game, along with origial DoD. No lag for me, game runs well 8)
