wrong card

i bought an 8800gt xxx alpha dog edition from aria some time ago but it seems that theyve given me the wrong one although it the model is pv-t88p-ydh4 the same model i wanted but the layout and the coolins system are all wrong?????

If they show you a picture, then that is for illustrative purposes only, if the model is the same then you have the correct card.

no the thing is i checked on the xfx website and their both to different types of card

If the model is the same, then they can add whatever cooler they want, they have numberous revisions etc, if you want a slim slot card or something special like that, you need to check with aria before buying, but as far as i can tell, same model means you have paid for the right card.
