Hi, first things first, I would recommend you go for intel over amd. I'm sure I'm not the only one, Intel tends to be the preferred brand. You could get a nice e7200 (https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/CPUs+%2F+Processors/Intel/Core+2+Duo/Intel+Core+2+Duo+E7200+2.53GHz+(Retail+775)+?produ ctId=31114) for a few pounds less than your amd. What's more, if you buy an aftermarket cpu fan you could overclock it quite nicely. I recommend Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 pro (https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Fans%2C+Heatsinks%2C+Coolers/Socket+775/Arctic+Cooling+Freezer+7+PRO+?productId=20729). As for motherboards I would go for MSI P35 Neo2-FR (https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Motherboards/Socket+775+(Intel)/MSI+P35+NEO2-FR++Socket+775+Motherboard+?productId=28015) . You can't afford to be skimping on such a vital component. Your chosen graphics card is nothing short of awesome, but do youself a favour and do a quick google to check for benchmarks etc. You may find that less powerful 8800's are all that you need, so you can save a few pounds there, if you want. Good choice for the psu, can't fault it:P. Go for a sata hard drive, not ide. Samsung 200Gb (https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Hard+Drives/Serial+ATA/200GB+Samsung+SpinPoint+-+7200RPM+-+SATA2+?productId=30525) perhaps. Case, dvd all seem fine. Your chosen ram is very good but if you can stretch to £70 for it, this 4gb patriot kit (https://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Memory/DDR2/DDR2+800+(PC6400)/Patriot+4GB+PC2-6400+C4+Extreme+Performance+(2x2GB)+?productId=291 14) is slightly better. As for your operating system, good choice with home premium but go for the 64-bit version so you can use all 4gb of ram.

I know it's a bit of a long list of changes but intel is definetely the way to go.
Also, you can't have lots of lovely expensive kit on an inexpensive mobo, it's one of the most important components, an area where you want to spend money, not save it.

Hope I've been a help, best of luck :P

ah thanks alot.
Rather than buying a cheaper product id like to improve it seeing as ill have around £800 max, so i wana get the best i can get for this price tbh, as i know i wont get that sorta spare cash for a long time again
(the £800 doesnt include the 24" Monitor, that can come at a later date)

as for overclocking, ive never done it, dont really know how to do it, and dont trust myself doing it. heh

There are plenty of guides, if you run at stock it'd be more than enough anyway

Now that we've got a budget to work to, let's see what we can do.

Case-NZXT Lexa Blacline (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Cases/MIDI+Tower/NZXT+LEXA+Black-Line+Classic+Series?productId=28420)
DVD-LG 20x dvdr/w (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/CD%2FDVD+Drives/Internal/SATA/LG+GH20NS10+20x+DVDRW+SATA+black+bare+inc+SecurDis c+?productId=30468)
CPU-Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/CPUs+%2F+Processors/Intel/Core+2+Duo/Intel+Core+2+Duo+E6750+2.66GHz+(Retail+775)+?produ ctId=27972)
Fan-Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 PRO (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Fans%2C+Heatsinks%2C+Coolers/Socket+775/Arctic+Cooling+Freezer+7+PRO+?productId=20729)
Graphics-BFG GeForce 9800 GTX 512mb (http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/BFG+GeForce+9800GTX+512MB+PCI-E2.0+?productId=30930)
Hard Drive-500gb Maxtor 32mb SATA2 7200rpm (http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/500GB+Maxtor+-+32MB+-+SATA2+-+7200RPM+?productId=30494)
Memory-Patriot 4gb pc2-6400 Extreme Performance (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Memory/DDR2/DDR2+800+(PC6400)/Patriot+4GB+PC2-6400+C4+Extreme+Performance+(2x2GB)+?productId=291 14)
Mobo-MSI P35 Diamond (http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/MSI+P35+Diamond+LGA+775+Intel+P35+ATX+Motherboard+ ?productId=28012)
Psu-Xilence 700w Gaming Edition (http://www.aria.co.uk/SuperSpecials/Other+products/Xilence+700w+Gaming+Edition+PSU+?productId=26715)
OS-Vista Home Premium 64-bit (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Software/Operating+Systems/Microsoft+Windows+Vista+Home+Premium+64+OEM+?produ ctId=25906)

That brings you in at just under £750, not including super specials, so it could be even less.
If you like the sound of this spec. get someone else to give it the once over just to double check. Of course over £50 spare means that there is room for a little improvement.

Couldn't agree more.

It's up to yourself Bishumin, upgrade the processor or save a few quid.

edit

you will want a mobo that takes ddr2, as the one listed is ddr3. 1 of these would see you right as the neo 2 is out of stock.
