Vibration Plates?

Right, the mrs has tasked me with finding her a good 'vibration plate' for <£200.....problem is I have no clue what they even are.

Any of you secretly indulge in physical exercise? Anyone point me in the right direction?

i believe these are used to sort out stiff mussels after a good work out.

but a ice bath is still better, just not as pleasurable.

They're supposed to tone and firm, from what I've heard. I had a go once in the gym where I work and I have to say it done absolutely nothing for me.

Although, seeing a nice looking lady jiggling all over with an ever-increasing smile on their face isn't the worst thing in the world...
