View Full Version : Street Fighter IV
For all you street fighter fans out there, the new one looks amazing.
Check out the screen shots HERE (http://uk.media.ps3.ign.com/media/142/14211548/imgs_1.html)
Looks good but its quite funny as i was playing Street Fighter Turbo last night on the MegaDrive! I have my PS3 sat there next to my telly but when i get bored i would rather play on the MegaDrive emulator i have on my mac lol
You just can beat any of the Streets of Rage games at all :)
Yep, that's true. Some of the old games are so addictive, you just can't stop playing. I've got the sega, snes and n64 emulator, and a ps3 like youself but I still find myself playing mario, sonic etc. :)
Im trying to find a Commodore 64 one that will work on the mac so i can play The New Zealand Story :)

bubble bobble/ flying shark/out run/double dragon on mame on the pc :D
Yeah those games are amazing, I can vaguely remember playing The New Zealand Story on and old Atari (I think).
There is an emulator called VICE which apparently plays all the old 8-bit games including C64 games, on a Mac. Hope this helps. Click HERE (http://www.viceteam.org/)
Winner thank you will have a look for if when i get home :)

That SOR 2 i love that one
I used to end up hitting my mate who was player 2 by mistake then a full blown ruckus between the two of us would ensue - chucking enemies out the way purely so we could attack the other.
Used to love the drain pipe for a satisfying blow which sent player 2 flying accross the screen LOL

Search out a copy of Taito Legends, this is one game included!
Played it for many hours on the Atari ST.

I couldn’t really get the VICE one to work but i found one called Power64 that works fine but only let you play for 10 mins unless you register with them. :(
Sounds Good, couldn't get that one working either.:S
I'll give your one a go.

I got mine from http://www.infinite-loop.at/ go for the 64 one not the 20 one.
Let me know if you find a way to get rid off the 10mins playtime :)
I'm not on a mac so it's not much good. But, I just downloaded and emulator called "xpce", which is just a pc engine emulator, lets me play the new zealand story as a .pce file. I'm trying to find other roms with .pce file format so that i can play more.:P
Don't know if there is a version available for the mac, they didn't have one where I downloaded it from.
