My god you are right!
That is a US keyboard layout! The @ after the ! gives it away.

I suspect you were just being comical but if you had spotted that genuinely then kudos to you.

@Alfizzle, if that IS a UK layout, then go to control panel> clock, language and region > change keyboard or other input methods. And change to UK keyboard layout. Otherwise you will get an @ sign everytime you try to do a " and visa versa
