PC Build: Which Asus motherboard should i choose? (Ordering all parts in 24h)

I'm in need of some help on deciding which Asus motherboard to buy for my new build which i will be ordering all of the parts within' the next 24 hours, expect the 8800GT as i already have it here.

The budget for the motherboard is from £60-80/$120-160. I won't be using SLI but if the board is good and features it i would'nt mind buying it either way.

Does it have to be Asus? This (http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Motherboards/Socket+775+(Intel)/MSI+P35+NEO2-FR++Socket+775+Motherboard+?productId=28015) Msi mobo was recommended to me.

Look into Gigabytes, or any X38's really

Another for the P35 Neo2 Fr. £66 for it's overclocking capabilities, stability and feature set is a steal.

Out of those, my vote goes to the P5K-E as it has everything the Deluxe (and premium to an extent) has without the extra price tag. It is however no better than the P35 Neo2 Fr and more expensive.
