Over the past 3 weeks my internet has been off from 10 minutes to 22 hours with no refunds despite calling, and the tv off once, i've started recording all incidents and will send these off to virgin every 6 months with a complaint letter

Anyone else do this? I'd reccomend you do, so annoying

Your not the only one. I myself a VirginMedia customer haven't had any problems but there are many others.

Maybe sending an email to both of these might get something done about it or carry on with your current action. Hopefully someone will listen.

Ive not had a problem with VM myself. (Touch wood)

At my old work unit we had BT and the lines went down for 1 week! Thats no fax, Phone or e-mail...No contact!

Put in a claim and they offered us, For one week downtime.......£23....

Didnt even claim that becuase there was so much paperwork we told em to stuff it:mad:

Given Neil "bo**ocks" Berkett's latest rant about net neutrality, I doubt sending him an email will meet with a fovourable response.:lol:
