i have a hp desktop pc specs amd athlon(tm)64 x2 dual core processor 5000+ windows vista 2gig memory nvidia geforce1650se nforce 430 intergrated grahpic card could anyone tell me which graphic card i can install in my comp:idea:

Unless the system has been physically castrated of a PCI-E 16x slot, the nForce 430 chipset has support for such a slot. That combined with the PSU the system probably has, you're looking at a PCI-Express graphics card with a power consumption below 55W. This includes

GeForce 8600GT
GeForce 7600GT
Radeon HD 2600XT
and a few others

could you tell us the exact model number of your HP?

have you opened it? not all hp systems have a pci-e slot. If so you will be resticted to pci

That's what I found ^^

Shows that it has 1 PCI-E 16x slot. Could you open up your case and verify that?
