Telecoms Engineer

Anyone know a decent / reliable telecoms engineer in the Hertfordshire area?

Need a phone line shifting and don't particularly want to pay BT's ridiculous rates.

Don't rule out an electrician they are more than qualified to move a phone point.

Sniperdude, I don't do well up ladders (big time vertigo) and the line comes in to a junction box under the eves of the root... big no-no for me I'm afraid, else I'd not hesitate to do it.
