So, a 560 and a 4.7ghz 2500k in 3dmark only gets less than 200 points over my 955 @ 3.9, ddr2 and a 6870.....
I sense I have no need to upgrade for a while, or 3dmark 11 is a rubbish benchamark..
Wiring's neater than mine though... Very nicely done.

Well, 3DMark11 is really only comparing the graphics cards (mostly) I believe, and your 6870 is very much in the same ballpark as the 560 in terms of both price and performance. So all in all that's pretty much what I'd expect.

Very sweet looking build!
I'm gonna take some tips from the cable management, but my nzxt m59 is less than roomy behind the mobo :(!

I ran it again - same stock setting i got P4649. Not much difference but a little better.

If you look at the CPC benchmark, S**N submitted a PC in the latest issue of CPC and got around 2100 points from an i7 950 @ 4.00GHz. I just ran it again and got 2536 in the CPC benchmark. Their PC costs £1500-1600. SB is a very decent upgrade.

Nah they're actually quite big. Just the way the picture is taken. I actually build on that workstation where the case is :P

You need to get a photo with a measurement in it.. They're clearly too small to build in a PC in it though, as the PC in that picture is bigger than the workstation space allocated!

I think you need to check the stickers on the front of the bench Josh ;)

Great to see a machine being built, I'm sure potential customers are interested in having a nosey at what goes on so thanks for posting RawZ! Great benchmark scores too, that's a hell of a system for the money.

Hi There

just to inform you those are old numbers for built systems to be tested. The whole desk is the actual work area (about 5ft length x 2.5ft width)I'm seen working on a different build behind the PC in the photo. I'm over 6ft tall and cannot reach across the desk.
