Seems he has been sacked after some more evidence of inappropriate behaviour came to light.

I dont actually know anyone that liked him to begin with tbh
Yeah its his own fault anyway.
Never liked him much anyway, he was way overpaid
good, now when are they going to sack Phil Thompson? and can ITV please get rid of messrs Tyldesley and Townsend.

Good call, get rid of Big Nose !
Lol it makes me laugh, so 10,000 blokes in the pub never passed comment and anyone who watched it at home or on the pitch never said anything, it was a bit of banter and taking the pee like us big gobbed blokes do at times. It was caught on camera fair enough but it had been blown out of all proportion if you ask me.
Still being on camera he should know better really.
Fair point mate but it's just banter and they both should know better, how many of us have not said a similar thing about a woman and got a smack for it lol, not me i am quite good at ducking but you know what I mean, being a proffesional at that job nothing should have been said but it happens.

Would rather Jamie Redknapp got the boot for being a **** pundit.
They werent on air apparently, but still on mic, and it was leaked.
I think sacking is a bit harsh, especially as I dont really feel like he did a great deal wrong in this instance, I thought Keys played a bigger part.
As much as people dont like Gray, he adapted well to his role, and I dont think anyone else will be able to fill that void, SKY will have to change the way they present football now.

I liked the fact that they sacked him over the December complaint because "he had already been warned for the January offence"
A bit **** about face it seems. Why did the problem in December take so long to come to light?? Were they ignoring it because it wasnt broadcast to the nation???
it was recorded but not on air, now after this he has been under the microscope and they found it on an old tape.
i never liked him tbh and i know that they will have no trouble finding someone to do his bit.
sounds like they was looking for a way to get rid of him cheap to me aswell.

Oh well just goes to show you shouldn't be sexist...the uppity tarts really hate that.
This reminds me of the weatherman middle finger incident.
There's a lesson here folks:
If you're working in broadcasting and are the centrepiece on that channel for viewers all over the country, don't do anything stupid near a microphone or camera, whether you're on air or not.
His comments were horrible and very disrespectful to women!
I just hope they replace him with some fittie with big knockers!

Yes something nice to look at instead of his ugly mug :thumb:
king kennys daughter would be good :thumb:
but it had been blown out of all proportion if you ask me.
Agree with you there Scriv69.
I hope this forum isn't hosted by Sky because most of us will get sacked as well for comments of a dubious nature !!!!
Jokes popping up now :thumb:
Lineswoman sian massey's new nickname is just for men she was only used once & now the gray as gone!!!
But it is in the public domain.
Comments have been noted and WILL be acted upon!!...
Keys has resigned now.
Well thats that then I guess.
I don't think he had much of a choice other than to leave as well.
The video that came to light after the first comments was harassment in the workplace, pure and simple. Keys had to go really, it was pack mentality and pub talk but you cannot do that in the workplace.
DT.

Well so far its one big *** they are giving Gary Neville a job
Still being on camera he should know better really.

ANYONE working in media should be on their best behaviour at ALL times these days. Mics are open and cameras are rolling at all times recording everything and if someone says or does something even the slightest bit out of order it will more than likely be sold to the media.
Its their own faults and i have absolutely no sympathy for them.
very harsh,its a shame really.
there is rumour that there is more to gray's sacking than this. he is one of the ones who apparently believed their phones were hacked by the notw, and has consequently instructed lawyers to follow this up with legal action being a possibility.
who owns the notw? news corp, who owns sky? news corp. just a big co-incidence like gray using this phone hack as a way to duck and cover? or more to to - suing the big boss for something done by a subsidiary........murdoch would have a have a heart attack with hell freezing over before that happened :D
Added after 13 minutes:

he was allegedly on £1.7mil per year, if they want to get rid because of that they should hunt the idiot who signed it off...............what would rupert say to james about that then?
king kennys daughter would be good :thumb:
more pleasing on the eye, and speaks a damn sight more sense than the sky bimbo's (opps was that sexist :p)
Keys has resigned now.

once gray was gotten rid of it was only a matter of time. would have been forever associated with the furore with this.
Smashed it aww yeah. Smashed it in the net, smashed it into the crowd, smashed it all over the park. Can't wait to hear a commentator say it. People here have been saying it to anyone and everyone all day lol
