Not sure if this is in the correct forum but here goes.
Received an e mail today from aria customer services saying that my RMA had been declined. so, I rang up customer services and after being on hold for 20 minutes they finally answered. Explained to person on phone why I was ringing and he looked up why my RMA had been declined. It turns out that there is a bent pin on the CPU socket and they want to send it back to me. Obviously I did not bend the pin but as far as the person on the phone was concerned this is not Aria's problem but mine. This went on for about ten minutes him saying it is not his problem me saying that I want a replacement because as far as I am concerned I was sent a dodgy motherboard. I then asked to speak to his manager and was told the usual excuse that he was on the phone to another customer so I said get him to call me back in ten minutes as i am at work and I am going home soon. This he agreed to and funnily enough no one did call me back. Hmmm what a surprise. Then i came home and tried to ring customer services only to find that I couldn't get through to them because the line was busy ie engaged. This was at five fifteen even though the department doesn't close until five thirty. All I want is a replacement motherboard for the faulty one that was sent to me. Is that too much to ask. Any help from anyone connected to Aria would be greatly appreciated
