lunarpages.com - good, based in the US.
xilo.net - My ISP, never used their hosting but 5-star customer support.
simplexwebs.com - Me and a mate are hosting a business package with them, SSL and Remote SQL for £6.50 a month isn't bad.

Their service is untouchable. They're known to reply instantly and at stupid hours.
I got an email from them within 60 seconds when i had a problem. They're phone number is an 0800 number so it's free and there's no holding. Top that with email replies at 1am and your onto a winner. Can't beat them.
tso look amazing, £14.99 / year is unreal! Not too keen on cpanel myself though, just looks a bit retro, and feels a bit slow

Check if this code still works:
OCT-FORUM2-SPECIAL
£35 off the £50 pro package.
If it works, that's:
10GB Disk Space, 100 MySQL Databases and 100 emails. Plus, 150GB Transfer. All for £15.

ukwebsolutionsdirect.com pretty good host, good reseller packages
I using godaddy but i am thinking to move to www.bluehost.com because i can stream videos
I am using webhost.UK.net (http://www.webhost.uk.net) have been with them for nearly a year now ..will say they are quick in support, got a good uptime as well.
A lot of people complain about 1and1 but I've never had any problems with them apart from a few hours down time, but no one has a 100% record that has been around for a long time. 1and1 is cheap, fast and cheerful...
My dad uses 1and1 for asp but I use a host called martfox, they do us, or UK servers (Kent or Manchester I think), have good support, and I have never had anyone say my site is down.

I use http://webfusion.co.uk. Currently have one of their VPSs and i cant say if found a better deal anywhere else.
The customer help/support also has a good turn around, have even received replies to my helptickets halfway through the night.
