yes, there should be a mode in the bios to run the memory asynchronously.

Or if your chip will do it run your chip at 3Ghz (333x9) will give you 1333 bus speed.

(Mine didnt require any voltage changes to do this but YMMV)

The fact that the board touts DDR3-1333 support would imply that it should be able to do that at 1066FSB. The nForce chipsets don't have an async memory controller but there should be an available memory ratio/divider that allow memory of this speed to work out of the box.
