Fax machine

Not sure if this goes here but anyway. I've been asked by a local businessman to find him a fax machine with an answer machine built in, but with around 1 hour+ of storage space. The budget is none, but nothing silly

I also wondered if there was a way of sending a fax to a mobile phone via text as this could be easier
