Hello Aria folk and cheers for your time.
Before I spend my hard earned!

http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Memory/DDR2/DDR2+667+%28PC5300%2F5400%29/OCZ+2GB+PC2-5300+Special+Ops+%282x1GB%29+?productId=24324
[DDR2 667mhz]
Compatible with my motherboard. Which is a Foxconn 945P7AA 8KS2.
Everest ultimate says that my PC should accept DDR2 667 but I wanna be sure because some RAM that crucial recommended me just made my motherboard beep...

Cannot believe I'm shelling out to post things back again...
Thanks for any replies with suggestions.
Have you checked in the bios that all the memory settings for your new ram are correct? Voltage, timings, speed? If in doubt set everything to auto. OCZ is, generally good memory but you do need to make sure your bios is set correctly.
What memory are you running at the moment?
Not quite sure how to do that to be quite honest mate. Never heard of it either so its nice to hear some settings could be at fault.
I have always been sold ram on a sort of plug and go basis! haha.
Download, extract and install CPUz linky here > http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
When running it click on the memory tab for the memory you are running now, this should tell you the speed and timings of the memory you are running now and compare it to the ocz's specs.
The other option is if you have access to another pc to double check your new memory in?
