Orphaned files

Hey guys, Looking for a program to safely remove Orphaned files from the \WINDOWS\Installer folder..

Its got over 58GBs of Windows installer patch files.

Ive spotted MSIZAP.exe which is a command line program which im uncomfortable using.

Is there anything else that is easier to use?

Not sure if CCleaner would pick this up - worth a try anyway ;)

Don't know if this helps? CCleaner's registry cleaner options.

There should be an entry for left over update installers.

I need that too.

I have seen it elsewshere. Will check tomorrow.
