I'm sure this is not the correct section to post this in, but I cant find the relevant section, so sorry in advance.

How do I track the status of an RMA? I can't find the RMA tracking section on the website, I'm sure there is, all online shops have them, don't they???

I have also sent a few emails, but have had no reply.

Please help guys.

If you post your rma number, someone from Aria will no doubt check this tomorrow.

I don't feel comfortable posting my RMA number on an open forum.

But it looks like the people at Aria don't have time for customers like me. No reply to my post and no reply via email.

Hang on in there, they will get it sorted, but sometimes it takes a little while.

What can a member of public do with your RMA number. Absolutely nothing!

All you need to post is RMAXXXXXX

no name, address anything, simply the RMA number.

just joined the forums as i have the same prob

raised rma 206054 01/02/08 for faulty memory
email 20/02/08 goods faulty
credit being raised 18/03/08. am i surprised not in my acc yet, not really .

so far just silience from rptd e-mails

any suggestions???
