T Mobile Upgrade

Hi Guys,
i had a 24month contract with t-mobile and am now looking to upgrade to an iphone4, i know that apparently you can only do it on the 23rd month but is there anyway around this that you know off?

they do a £30 a month with 300minutes, unlimited texts and upfront of around £250 for the phone, is there anyway i could change my contract to this?

You could yes by paying off the remainder of your current contract. So say you have 3 months left on your contract at £30 a month you would pay them £90 to get out of the contract early.

its £15 a month and runs until september 2011 :(

So you are looking at about £150 to get out of it. Might be worth a try giving them a ring and asking - worst case they say no.

if i have to wait till my contract expires i'll look elsewhere, tesco are offering it for £20 a month with same minutes !
