MAC convert to Windows

Anyone know an easy method of converting Mac information into Windows or will windows read it automaticaly.

What kind of \"information\"?

If you are referring to \"Documents\", saving as a Windows Compatible .DOC or standard .RTF file should load fine in Windows.

But we really need to know to what kind of \"information\" you are referring to.
