Well finally got my o2 box IV after 1 week and my driving 68 miles today to pick the wrong router up from DHL what a story.
O2 sent the router to the wrong address last week and after me phoning them 8 times to sort it out today i had enough and went to pick it up my self, only to find out that DHL use privet drivers to and that my router was not in Cambridge but at bishops stortford :mad:.
So DHL wont release the router to me any way until o2 tell them the correct address , o2 had done this 3 times so i rang o2 in the DHL office and made them speak to each other, sorted i thought.
Drove back to stortford to the privet drivers address and picked up the router and guess what..... inside was there poxy g class router!
Back on to o2 for a very well toned speech about the crap they have caused me, out come 2 months free broadband and £30 refund for the n class router that i was told to go and pick up and pay for from the local o2 shop (wtf).
At no time did any one of the 9 :censored: i spoke with tell me that my local o2 shop could sell me a n class router.
