I understand well enough that this forum is for technical issues and not for this kind of post. However the issue is that ARIA doesn,t have an effective cutomer service dept and that leaves the customer nowhere else to go. this needs debugging!!!!!I have been waiting for a credit card refund for months now. e mails go into a black hole and remain unanswered, promised action from the service department doesn,t happen, nobody bothers to make contact. Its a shame becase the products are great and shipments are very quick, in fact i wuold say the front end service is superb.

Is there anybody in Aria who can fix my problem? if so please make contact with me.

Thanks for the advice Mentor, the 2 orders concerned were SORW 110180 and SORW 110179. Lets hope things get unglued.

Customer service contacted me today, not sure if it was the forum or an e mail which prompted it. Either way asuming i get the refund, i am now a happy customer once more.:P
