Akasa do a rather funky led chipset cooler that uses double sided thermal pad to attach to the NB failing that Zalman do several passive jobbies that are designed for Northbridge cooling, all available from Aria http://www.aria.co.uk/productslist.asp?Submit=search&Category=13
