PC keeps freezing

hi guys,

i just built my comp and it keeps freezing or i get the blue screen of death or it just restarts.
it seems to freeze at random points.

my comp is:
2.4 quad core
abit FP-IN9 sli motherboard

8800GT 512mb
2x2gig stick of patriot ram

My first question is what make and output is your PSU?

Does the patriot ram have at least 2.1v ?
