Hi All

I own the the following video card : ASUS Geforce 6800 Gamers Edition, it has DVi out and I wanted to connect it to my large widescreen Tv and get HD video at 1080p.

Can you please recommend a cable that I need to use to connect the 2 together.

Are these cables bi-directional? (dvi to hdmi or hdmi to dvi )

Will this cable do :

That cable would be fine. which tv is you have?

Some tv's dont accept pc input from hdmi. eg my samsung only allows pc input via vga not hdmi.

You have to make sure the 6800 has HDCP or the TV wont accept signals from an HDMI cable.
HDCP=High Definition Copyright Protection:)
