Morning everyone.
Snow is falling in Manchester..... at a rate of 1 flake a minute :(
Trying a day-long comp today as a result of the discussions we had over the weekend :)

Customer: The copy of Windows you sold me is not genuine! I have wierd messages on screen!
CS: What is it saying?
Customer: It says 'Safe Mode' in the corners of the screen! That means it's not safe!

i'm probably going to kick myself for this, but logic tells me that if they installed it, then they actually read the warning boxes that annoy you throughout the install, and safe mode has enough of those explaining itself... so i'm going with FALSE
If this turns out to be true, then i think we need a new forum section "Recordings of dumbass customer service calls" so we can vote for the dumbest one each week :D

Lol nice one, that would be funny but you never know they could get it bad on Tuesday.
Anyway I think my choice has been altered somewhat now that I've seen everyone else's views so I'm going to think about this and post much later lol. Oh and I'm making a list again since this seems like it's going to be a busy thread.

I made half a list and I really badly failed since I left the list at college, which I can only access tomorrow :(. I failed yesterday to making a list all day and then almost near the end of the competition I had to go London, hopefully tomorrow I'll successfully make one.

We've just got a bit of frost thats all, im in newcastle this weekend for my mates 21st so i`ll no doubt enjoy the snow whilst im there :D
by the time you get here itl all be slush! it already is beginning now, the swampy streets are appearing
its supposed ot get colder as the week progresses so it'll be ice and slush - winning combo for a messy night of drunken fun...
Ha, its not stopping the girls like... On the way back from work on saterday I saw loads of them going out with practicaly nothing on! storming through Newcastle like troopers on a mission.

The monitor on the Childrens Pc at Kindergarten has just broken, so winning this would be a great help; there is no way the boss will cough up for a new one this close to Christmas.
