Mmmm i have a 450w one in my current PC which is a few years old....would this be ok or should i get a new one?

Ok, so aside from the PSU does the rest of the stuff seem ok? Don't want to buy stuff and it end up not working....

New PSU yours won't have dedicated sata and will probably be one you originally got free with a case. Go for a OCZ stealth 550 or 600.

Ok, i'll look into a decent PSU.

One other question i wanted to ask was would a SATAII HDD with an 8mb cache be preferable to a SATA HDD with a 16mb cache or vice versa?
