False. If it was declined and they were intentionally trying some sort of scam, Idoubt they'd get back to you to complain about it.

So its a double-bluff?.......wait.........I think that still makes it true?
But I still think its false, so It's a double double bluff which is too obvious to make it true, since a double-bluff is a trick by someone to appearing to bluff, while not bluffing and a double double bluff is someone appearing to bluff while not bluffing but is in fact bluffing which makes it a Conundrum which is a logical postulation that evades resolution, an intricate and difficult problem, so it prolly is true in which case it's definitely a bluff and hence is in fact false.

There are some truthful elements though:
Yes, we do get emails originating from Lagos
Fraudsters try and convince you they are genuine by sending complaint emails
and yes, someone did want us to drop off 100 hard drives in an empty garage
