Hi, my computer has been in serious trouble for a couple of days now. A couple of weeks ago it was running slow and crashing a lot, so I decided to buy a new GB RAM module, and totally reinstalled windows. Now it runs like a dream. About 25% of the time. The other 75%, it just sits there and does nothing, no refresh rate and everything stops responding. This seems a little odd since I haven't downloaded anything that could possibly be malicious since I reinstalled windows. Could anyone throw some light on the issue and/or give me some ideas as to a solution? thanks.
