Bought the above board. It has 2x 1GB DDRII800 memeory sticks and a 2GHz Sempron processor.
I need a graphics card but would like to ask if anyone has advice on a resonable card for it. I previously had a GeForce7600GS and had months of compatibiity problems with it. Would like to avoid that this time.
Any thoughts?

How much is your budget?

I am looking at around £50 if that would give me a card close to the Geforce7600GS which I had previously.
If that would only buy an inferior card then I would make the jump to £100.
The difference being how many weeks I would have to save for. £50 I could get this week.
£100 means a wait of a month or more. :)

Would like 256MB+ card with pixel shader 3.0 or higher I guess. I should mention I have the AGPx8 slot on the board.

AGP has limited cards, best is either what you have or an X1950 Pro 512mb for £102

Thanks. RE: X1950 Would the DDR3 memory mean I would need to ditch my DDRII chips?

ah good that saves me a few quid.
I'll go check out that X1950 I think.
Appreciate the responses.
