My galaxy s wont connect to kies on my pc, just isnt recognised, latest software installed, any ideas guys?

Try Clicking Kies menu and selecting "Driver recovery". Are you running 2.1 on the phone?

in windows 7 you have to press yes to the UAC prompt to allow "Teruten" (sp?) to run.

Once this is allowed kies recognises the phone.

Also try different USB ports, and don't connect the phone till you are within windows itself.

Right, im on 2.1 software, just trying driver recovery again! Hmm... Somethings odd, happened after fixing 3button thing i think!

I did, found some x64 drivers online, in conjunction with dumb luck its working!

Because will has to spam somehow to keep his free delivery and to maintain some ability to see the marketplace so that he can sell his competition prizes.. ;) :lol:

Shame tho - Will used to spam A LOT (even he will agree with this, so I dont mind saying it! :lol:) and then became a pretty useful poster. But recently he's gone back to just spamming again! He's even got his own smiley :will: :lol:

I was only called a spammer cause I made a big deal about my post per day rate xD

When I've sold the rest of my PC then I won't be spamming so much in the sales forum, I just see them all as competition in that section and they must be gotten rid of.....or sent to ebay :D

yes will, saying that more cores is bad for a cpu is still a stupid thing to say given that cost was not an issue between the 2 cpu in question and if you checked the dates that was about 2 month ago.

anyway, thanks is just as meaningless as rep, i thank people for making me lol, i will use rep if i think some kind of reply to a post needs saying in private.
