You think it'd be better to get a seperate case and water cooling system?
Definately. A custom watercooling system might cost a bit more but its worth it.

Peter are you looking to watercool just the cpu?
Unfortunately Aria's watercooling section leaves ALOT to be desired, if you want a big case for watercooling then i can recommend the SilverStone TJ09 though at £175 with window it isn't cheap BUt it can easily fit a double or triple radiator in it with very minor mods, ie drill 2 holes to mount it. Now spend another £100 or so on decent watercooling parts and i GUARENTEE it will be a better setup then that gigabyte case / wc setup.
Parts i would recommend
Laing DDC 1+ Ultra 18W 12VDC Pump £58
Swiftech MCR220-QP Dual 120mm Radiator £30
Swiftech MCRES-Micro Watercooling Resevoir £12
Swiftech Apogee GT Waterblock £30
Then you will need a coupleof fittings for the rad and some pipe (3/8") to match the pump and some coolant so add maybe another £20 tops
