i'm looking for one of these, 2005-2006 (must be registered before Mar 06)
just to be greedy, i want all the options :D hehe, or as near as i can get, if anyone sees anything around, please feel free to post it ... i've already looked through auto-trader, and have searches setup there (have for about 5 months now) there is one that's tempting but it's missing a couple of major options that i wanted really

thanks for the links guys
watercooled ----
Finners --- i've seen that advert, looks ok, missing a couple of options like the bi-xenon headlights, comand aps ? (not sure about this but they dont mention it) parktronic system plus some other bits
Zaim --- i've seen that first one before too, it's bee advertised for a little while now, it looks pretty good, but again missing some costly options like the comand APS nav system and bi-xenon headlights, but it does have the panoramic roof and heated seats and tiptronic, plus its about 200 miles from me ! ........ i'm going to go an look tomorrow i think at one i've seen before, it to is missing a couple of things like the panoramic roof, heated seats and the gear shift padles on the steering wheel, but i can get those fitted easy enough and heated seats would mean a seat swap,, roof i can't do anything about.... but it has a LOT of the other options,. and is cheaper :D so worth a second look
the second one you posted... too much, and wrong car lol
as for the v8 thing, yeah, i'd love one but the average motorist is just going to be the governments whipping boy on fuel and road tax, those with loads of cash are just gonna buy the big engine cars cause to them 450 tax is immaterial ! whereas the rest of us do look at those kind of things, the v6 3.5 lit is still costly on tax if you get too new a model, thats why the 2007 models of this are barely any more ££ to buy right now, strange thing is you tend to find better option specs on the smaller engine variants which is really annoying lol
thanks for the replies btw :)

Why would you want one of those? Urgh, fugly! Get a real Merc, like an S-Class, SLK or something.

Exactly they are minging and cheap

They really are quite cheap and to me are just one of the 'I must have a Merc' cars, not a real Merc. I'd rather pay more for a real Merc. or the same for an older proper one.

Hahaha...looking at that...reminds me of the BMW e36 and e46 compacts, a stubby version of a real car. :p
