Can anyone find out what connectors this uses from the motherboard or power supply?

Going by the specs from your linky

Power Input DC 12V / 5V , USB 5V

i would assume it uses a normal molex connector and a usb header on the mobo.

You know what they say about assumption though.

Got it now, 10 cables plug into it, 3 of these http://www1.coolermaster.com/product_common_images/e51475dea8e83b66642d41f4fd4b37d0.jpg

Not sure what i will stick the end onto though?

Looks a good product overall though, can't wait to get it working

something hot, take the reading with a pinch of salt though, it will measure the tem o the heatsink for example NOT the cpu, unless you can actually get it onto the surface of the cpu without buggering up the contact between the cpu and heatsink.
