New Case - Is this returns?

Hi there, We recently made a reasonably large purchase with Aria (£600 ish) plus a few hundred a couple of weeks ago for graphics cards, and it was delivered on Friday. Part of the order was a new case, the Thermaltake Tsunami. I only started building my rig yesterday in the case and naturally I kept the protective sheet of plastic over the case window on until I was finished building. When I removed the plastic, a few things happened which I wasn't expecting and I've taken photographs of them. 1) Two of the little black plastic parts holding the case window to the frame came right off with the protective plastic (just dropped right off as if they had nothing on the other side), and this of course stops the window from being held to the case correctly and is quite noticeable since the ones that dropped off were next to eachother : http://www.truhost.co.uk/IMG_4769.jpghttp://www.truhost.co.uk/IMG_4772.jpg 2) After pulling off the protective plastic I noticed two cracks around the screws of the fan that came with the case. One is significantly larger than the other : http://www.truhost.co.uk/IMG_4770.jpg http://www.truhost.co.uk/IMG_4771.jpg Obviously you can also see from the pictures I've already put my build inside the case, hence my hesitation sending it back (lot of work to take it all out only to put it back in later). What's your opinions? Will Aria be willing to send just a side panel? Cheers, Peter

Looks like thermaltake's build quality is at question here.
The panel they have used seems to be perspex which cracks under stress.
A better panel to use would have been polycarb which stands up to alot more.
As for the black screws, Must have missed quality controll!

Sorry for your problems, unfortunately aria can not send you a new side panel as that would mean opening another case taking the side panel from it which means they now have a case with no side panel to sell. This is going to be a nightmare for you but you will have to take everything out of the case and file an RMA for the case and send it back sorry..... :(

I wish there was a simpler solution for you but there’s nothing i can think of for you sorry.....

I figured this would be the case (no pun intended), but I was of course willing to send the current side panel back as they would be selling it as damaged/opened goods anyway. Still no good? Bet this will cost a fortune to send back as well.

No sorry it would have to be the Full case you will need to send back sorry. Aria will refund you the money to send it back aswell :)
