am currently running the PCI-E 7200 128/512 turbocache that came with my pc.
looking for something better

I hardly ever play games and if I do tend to be stuff based on tv,comics etc.
last ones I played were the Star wars lego ones.
wouldn't mind at having a go with the likes of hitman.
not into big shoot em up.

Got an E6750, 2gb ram, asrock board, XP.

wouldnt mind something with HD capable out capability as my 32" lcd has HDMI (currently used by my dvd upscaling player) and VGA input. Got 5.1 sound system. would like t ry some of the hi def encoded files i've seen around some of the torrent sites, aswell as the usual stuff thats just capped from an HD source to standard Xvid AVI

Also wouldnt mind a nice TV card, as I'm not sure i'm gonna be keeping the cable box once our 12 month contract is up. I dont watch much UK tv cos I have DVD and a 400gb media drive.
Be nice to have a way of recording some TV tho.

Am getting a new ezcool 600w psu and a coupla new fans in the mix too, so the price budget is gonna be about £120-130.
i sold my old PC for £150 so thats whats paying for upgrades.

really? that bad?
is it not just pc snobbery.
i had a 550w running a p4 2.4, 2.5gb ram, 9550, 4 fans, 2 dvd, 2x 160 ide & board.
never a problem.
